The lock includes a housing 1 provided with a longitudinal hole 2 in which a rotatable cylindrical core 3c is installed with a channel for the club 4 and radial holes 5 entering into it. The case 1 has a cavity g 6, communicating with the hole 2. The described unit is similar for different variants execution.
An insert 7 is installed in the cavity b. The insert 7 is made of two parts 8 and 9 which are telescopically interconnected, which can be made of plastic or metal. Parts 8 and 9 can be independent of each other or be one piece, while the line of their connection 10 has low strength in order to be broken under pressure in the direction P (Fig. 8) to separate the two parts and allow them to be relative moving.
Part 9 is provided with a radial and channels 11 terminating at the opposite to the part. At the end there is a bottom equipped with 1 central & 1 protrusion 12. Part 8 has a central socket 13, into which the channels 11 exit and which is open from the side opposite to part 9. The nest 13 has ribs 14 extending the separation walls of the channels 11. The base of the part 8 also contains a side slot 15 continued in the walls of the nest 13 by two slots 1 b, which are guides for the support 17, having the shape of a plate. Bearing 17 moves along slot 15 along grooves 16 and contains through holes 18, the number of which corresponds to the number of channels 11 and which are located at the same distance as channels 11. The channels 11 are equipped with spring-loaded spring 19 pushers 20 and locking pins 21. The opposite end of the pusher 20 of the pin 21 has a tip 22 which, in the assembly position of the insert, rests on the surface of the support 17 between the openings 18 (Fig. 8) or on the ends of the support, with the support 17 shifted to the left.
The housing is provided with a step 23 for contacting the support 17 and the elastic edges 24 for fixing the insert.
The insert (Figs. 1 and 2) is inserted into the cavity 6 of the housing in the position shown in Figs. 8. When inserting the insert into the cavity 6, the ledge 23 pushes the support 17 to the right (Fig. 3 and 4) so that the holes 18 are located against the pins 21. The springs 19 unclench and push the pushers 20 and the pins 21 down. The pins 21 are at least partially placed in the openings 5 of the core 3. Then part 9 is inserted into part 8, which compresses the springs 19, and the edges 24 of the cavity b die onto the insert (Fig. B) to hold it in place. J Thus, the useful length of the channels of the housing, limited by the protrusion 12, no longer allows the pusher-pin pairs to be placed and prevents the release of the core by raising these pairs to the outside of the housing. The slot 13 is partially covered with elastic tabs 29. 1. CYLINDER LOCK, comprising a housing with an insertion cavity having channels in which spring-loaded pushers and locking pins are installed, and a rotatable cylindrical core located in the housing with openings for locking pins radially formed therein, characterized in that, in order to increase security and ease of operation, the housing is equipped with elastic edges for fixing the insert, the latter being made of two telescopically interconnected parts and provided with a support for locking pins.
